Vinegars can be used as a salad dressing or can transform vinaigrettes. They can enhance stir-fries, casseroles, sauces and marinades. Why not drizzle over pancakes, ice-cream or fruit salads or try them as hot or cold drinks.


Pan Fried Broccolli

fruit vinegar
cherry tomatoes
almonds
brocolli florets
shallots
oliveoil

Fry shallots and broccoli in oil. Add other ingredients plus 2/3 Tbsp vinegar. Reduce slightly and serve as a vegetable, starter or light meal.

Pan Fried Lambs Liver

lambs liver
raspberry vinegar
bacon

Fry liver and bacon, remove and keep warm. In residue left add 4 Tbsp raspberry vinegar, bring to boil, pour over meats and enjoy.
