Vinegars can be used as a salad dressing or can transform vinaigrettes.
They can enhance stir-fries, casseroles, sauces and marinades. Why not
drizzle over pancakes, ice-cream or fruit salads or try them as hot or
cold drinks.
Pan Fried Broccolli
fruit vinegar
cherry tomatoes
almonds |
brocolli florets
shallots
oliveoil |
Fry shallots and broccoli in oil. Add other ingredients
plus 2/3 Tbsp vinegar. Reduce slightly and serve as a vegetable, starter
or light meal.
Pan Fried Lambs Liver

raspberry vinegar |
bacon |
Fry liver and bacon, remove and keep warm. In residue
left add 4 Tbsp raspberry vinegar, bring to boil, pour over meats and
enjoy.
